Our first assignment for our new social studies unit will be creating a Popplet on the levels of government. Popplet is an easy to use web tool that allows you to make a graphic web organizer. You are required to brainstorm a word web with the different levels of
government and specific responsibilities they hold.
Curriculum Expectations:
Overall: B3. Understanding Context: demonstrate an understanding of the roles and key responsibilities of citizens and of the different levels of government in Canada
Specific: B3.2 describe the jurisdiction of different levels of government in Canada of the services provided by each.
